Refunds & Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your knife or tool, you may return it within 14 calendar days for a store credit less shipping+.
Reply to your order confirmation email for return instructions and for return authorization. Please write the provided number(s) on the outside of the package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- A knife and tool can only be returned if it was not used and is still in the original box.
- All original packaging must be intact.
- We do not accept returns on used, damaged or soiled knives and tools.
- We must receive the return within 14 calendar days of when you received the knife or tool.
- Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items Include: Seconds department items, discontinued styles and custom orders.
- All returned items will be inspected.
- During the holidays, return processing can take up to 30 days to complete.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days depending on your credit card company.
Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 11076 Venture Dr., Jurupa Valley, CA 91752.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
